This website, pivotalmotioneducation.physio (“Pivotal Motion Education”, “we”, “us”, “our”), is published by Pivotal Momentum Pty Ltd (ABN 84 640 834 235), in conjunction with Pivotal Motion Physiotherapy, of 240 Enoggera Road, Newmarket QLD 4051, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, topic, optional page link, and message you provide, so we can respond to your enquiry. When the form is submitted we also record the date and time, the page it was sent from, your browser type, and your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Our analytics provider sets cookies and similar identifiers and may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. This information is used in aggregate to improve our content and is not used to identify you personally.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability.
How we use your information

Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our records, and analytics data for as long as our providers retain it.

You may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You may also ask us to delete a message you have sent us. This website is intended for a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
